This project combines clean gabled forms, natural wood cladding, and exposed concrete, all built to perform in a demanding hillside environment. Large-format glazing and complex concrete work required careful sequencing and early coordination in the field. The terraced exterior spaces and pool were laid out with precision to ensure long-term durability and clean transitions. From framing through final finishes, the work reflects a hands-on approach to building complex details correctly.
