This new construction project was planned from the outset to tightly coordinate structure, enclosure, and interior finishes. Exposed steel elements, large sliding door systems, and extensive glazing required early layout decisions and disciplined follow-through in the field. Interior features—including stair assemblies, skylights, and high-end bath details—were built with a focus on longevity and clean execution. The result is a house where early planning shows through in the final build quality.
